Metal Fabrication is the process of creating metal structures by cutting, bending, rolling, and welding assembly parts. Our fabrication shop uses a variety of raw materials including plate and tube in mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. 

HAI Precision’s experienced fabricators and welders can work to engineered drawings converting flat metal into 3 dimensional parts with our 350 Ton CNC or 130 Ton Accupress brakes, each with 12-foot-wide beds or our 5-foot-wide, ¼” capacity plate roll. We are able to cut or shear using our Iron Worker or 12-foot-wide, ¼” capacity Cincinnati Shear.

Formed, machined and cut parts are easily transformed in our weld shop to supplied drawing specifications to complete a project. 

Our Fabricators are certified through the Canadian Welding Bureau to CSA standard W47.1 steel and 47.2 Aluminum.
